Accurate Handpiece Repair

For the fastest service, please fill out the repair order form located at the second link below and place with the handpiece(s) in a padded envelope.  Be sure to include a contact name and number, and make a copy for your records.  Then print the label accessed at the first link below, place on the padded envelope, and drop off at your local post office.  After we receive your handpiece(s), we'll contact you with a timely estimate.
